REFUND POLICY

Termination. Either party may end this Agreement prior to the Termination Date, with or without cause, upon 33 days' written notice to the other party ("Early Termination"). Upon Early Termination, the Contractor shall receive a pro-rated payment for the Services rendered prior to the Early Termination Date and or a 20% deduction due to processing fees.A regular, ongoing relationship of an indefinite term is not contemplated. The Recipient has no right to assign the Services to the Contractor other than as specifically contemplated by this Agreement. However, the parties may mutually agree that the Contractor shall perform other services for the Recipient, pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.Payment for Services. The Recipient will pay compensation to the Contractor for the Services.No other fees and/or expenses will be paid to the Contractor unless such fees and/or expenses have been approved in advance by the appropriate executive on behalf of the Recipient in writing. in the case of cancelation due to unforeseen circumstances; such as rain, the deposit is not required to be refunded unless the contractor decides to, it shall be refunded within 90 days and a processing fee of 20% will be deducted.
